Trust Automotion, The Leading Exotic Car Mechanic In Reno

I drive a very old car. Diesel Mercedes. I love my car and I’m ecstatic that I found this place to help me. Take care of it very friendly and knowledgeable.

Katlynn was a joy, very professional, charming and easy to talk with. She made my oil change experience cool. Automotion is my service department for my vehicle. Thank you guys for great services

Excellent and efficient service. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that the dealership was unable to solve. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency. I will not hesitate to use their shop again in the future.

Automotion has been our go to mechanic for our vehicles for many years. As we approach 250,000 miles, it gives us piece of mind that we have trusted pros making sure we’re ready for long haul trips, like our recent one to the midwest — though ice/snow and mountain passes. These guys help keep your vehicles reliable and safe! Thank you Automotion team!!

Good service. Chris was very helpful. Shuttle service was greatly appreciated as I only have one vehicle. As far as price goes, honesty and integrity and quality are more important to me than the cost. If my vehicle breaks down again I will give them a call. Keep up the good work. Dave Cronk.

Easy to schedule. Used the night drop—super easy w follow up at scheduled drop time. Very good conversation on need to have vs nice to have (aka we can get it next time). During the Christmas season this gave me great confidence I was still keeping my car dependable until my next service inspection. Great team at Automotion. Been w them 6 years w 4 cars across three makes.
I will never go back to a dealership!

I've trusted this shop since I moved to Reno 20 years ago. They were highly recommended then and I can say the same today. The Service Advisors are honest with me on the condition of my vehicle, what needs attention now and what can be addressed at a later time. The mechanics/technicians have massive skills on top-end vehicles, so my SUV was a piece of cake. I trust the work is done right the first time and I have never been disappointed. Why go anywhere else?

I had great service by both Shauna and the other gentleman. I was looking to buy a used car with a lot of mileage and year. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he really advocated for me during the discussion with the seller and advised me honestly in a really helpful manner. If you are young or of modest means it’s worth the checkup to avoid major issues, they saved me at least 1.5k and squeezed me in the same day

I came in for a wheel alignment. There was a miscommunication over the phone around price. Jason, the manager, honored the much lower price I was quoted over the phone. It’s that’s kind of gesture that will bring me back to this shop. All around they were communicative, honest, transparent, and friendly. 5 stars.

It was a nice looking shop with many very nice antique cars in the lot. Jason was pleasant, professional and responsive on the phone. However, I had made an appointment to have a key smith make a key for my car, and drove an hour each way to get to the shop to get there. And the key smith didn’t show up. So I was disappointed at driving nearly 110 miles and wasting my time for this. On the other hand, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and have something done at the shop that they self-performed because they were as decent as they could be about the situation. They had a nice coffee machine for customers that I appreciated, too, and a good place to hang out and work while you wait if you need that. Nice people.

Excellent service. Definitely 10/10. The service technician did a fantastic job at servicing and repairing my Bentley. Usually I would have to send my car to the Bentley dealership in San Francisco for repair and servicing. Automation provided much better service and communication than the Bentley dealership. Jason was an extremely effective customer service representative. Highest recommendation.

Jason was AWESOME coordinating the delivery of vehicle by Tow Truck, the Review by Mechanics, and update on timeline for Parts and Installation. Couldn’t be happier with Jason and ALL the Staff! Great Job! Kudo’s to Your Team! Jim & Yolanda Avanzino

So glad that I brought my car to them very helpful great communication and options to get my problem fixed . Really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness of Jason .

Super friendly, very knowledgeable staff, helped me out as a non customer wirh a flat tire that just happened to be right there. At thier stire. Beautiful showroom.

I took my car in to have the suspension checked because I was staying to hear some squeaking when I drove over bumps and rough road. After they test drove it, they said that the springs and struts tested normally, so they lubricated them and said that all should be good in a couple of days once the lube worked into the system. And they're were right! Their integrity saved me hundreds of dollars when they could have opted to replace parts that were still good. That's how a company builds trust with us customers.
