Excellent service. Definitely 10/10. The service technician did a fantastic job at servicing and repairing my Bentley. Usually I would have to send my car to the Bentley dealership in San Francisco for repair and servicing. Automation provided much better service and communication than the Bentley dealership. Jason was an extremely effective customer service representative. Highest recommendation.

They serviced our car, but the inside of the car was filthy along with the outside. I have my car serviced at other places for high end vehicles and they have always cleaned the vehicle delivery.

I took my car in to have the suspension checked because I was staying to hear some squeaking when I drove over bumps and rough road. After they test drove it, they said that the springs and struts tested normally, so they lubricated them and said that all should be good in a couple of days once the lube worked into the system. And they're were right! Their integrity saved me hundreds of dollars when they could have opted to replace parts that were still good. That's how a company builds trust with us customers.

Absolutely lovely establishment, so many great things about this place, between the excellent service, the great bathrooms and the wonderful dogs to greet you and pet, I absolutely recommend coming here for any car needs, especially who have a Mercedes sprinter. The staff is super kind of knowledgeable and are willing to work with you if you have special needs for your vehicle like we have with ours. They will even put your lug nuts on in a certain order if you ask them to. Very detail oriented, very professional absolutely recommend coming here for everything you need!!

They fixed the problems I was having with my electrical, and even fixed a loose connection that would have been a problem that I didn’t even know about! Great service, and a great attitude with the front desk, who were kind enough to work with me while my card was having issues being cleared with Visa till it all worked out in the end!

Superb diagnosticians! They took the time to trace through my Corvette's electrical schematics. That lead to a determination that my "failed" alternator wasn't failed at all. My alternator wouldn't put out a charge because a cold electrical connection was found at the starter motor preventing current from flowing to the alternator's excitation circuit. Automotion repaired the faulty previous starter motor connection repair (done by another shop) and replaced a compromised "resistance wire." The result was my charging system returned to normal operation without needing to replace my Corvette's pricy alternator. It's all about the diagnostics. Well done Automotion!

Alex and his team continue to show they are as good as it gets. Have taken multiple cars here for multiple services and am never disappointed. Alex always takes the time to explain every little detail of any work done and never cuts corners, no matter how small a detail. This is a shop you definitely need to visit for any kind of work. Stands behind there work, products and word. Purchased 4 new tires with them and I had a noticable vibration. I sorted out other variables since I caused one of them that I corrected then called Daryl explaining the vibration and that I checked all other possible issues. Had me come in to load force test the tires on there machine and right away he said yes 2 tires had a manufacture defect and he was going to warranty them at no cost. When I came back for the replacements he told me the manufacture wouldn't warranty them but he is still putting 2 new tires on at no cost since he said he would and gave me the defective tires in case I had a bad puncture id have something to get me rolling. I requested the brand of tire which was a cheaper make that has a small risk of this and Adrena saved me from having major regrets. Robert Mitchell May 5, 2021

The whole Adrena team from start to finish are amazing. Well informed and offer advise rather than just sell. Talented, passionate, friendly and most important of all competent. We often find and get fooled by “niceness” in the service sector. I don’t care if you’re nice but aren’t competent. Cars are complicated things.
