Easy to schedule. Used the night drop—super easy w follow up at scheduled drop time. Very good conversation on need to have vs nice to have (aka we can get it next time). During the Christmas season this gave me great confidence I was still keeping my car dependable until my next service inspection. Great team at Automotion. Been w them 6 years w 4 cars across three makes. I will never go back to a dealership!

I've trusted this shop since I moved to Reno 20 years ago. They were highly recommended then and I can say the same today. The Service Advisors are honest with me on the condition of my vehicle, what needs attention now and what can be addressed at a later time. The mechanics/technicians have massive skills on top-end vehicles, so my SUV was a piece of cake. I trust the work is done right the first time and I have never been disappointed. Why go anywhere else?

I had great service by both Shauna and the other gentleman. I was looking to buy a used car with a lot of mileage and year. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he really advocated for me during the discussion with the seller and advised me honestly in a really helpful manner. If you are young or of modest means it’s worth the checkup to avoid major issues, they saved me at least 1.5k and squeezed me in the same day

I came in for a wheel alignment. There was a miscommunication over the phone around price. Jason, the manager, honored the much lower price I was quoted over the phone. It’s that’s kind of gesture that will bring me back to this shop. All around they were communicative, honest, transparent, and friendly. 5 stars.

It was a nice looking shop with many very nice antique cars in the lot. Jason was pleasant, professional and responsive on the phone. However, I had made an appointment to have a key smith make a key for my car, and drove an hour each way to get to the shop to get there. And the key smith didn’t show up. So I was disappointed at driving nearly 110 miles and wasting my time for this. On the other hand, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and have something done at the shop that they self-performed because they were as decent as they could be about the situation. They had a nice coffee machine for customers that I appreciated, too, and a good place to hang out and work while you wait if you need that. Nice people.

Excellent service. Definitely 10/10. The service technician did a fantastic job at servicing and repairing my Bentley. Usually I would have to send my car to the Bentley dealership in San Francisco for repair and servicing. Automation provided much better service and communication than the Bentley dealership. Jason was an extremely effective customer service representative. Highest recommendation.

I took my car in to have the suspension checked because I was staying to hear some squeaking when I drove over bumps and rough road. After they test drove it, they said that the springs and struts tested normally, so they lubricated them and said that all should be good in a couple of days once the lube worked into the system. And they're were right! Their integrity saved me hundreds of dollars when they could have opted to replace parts that were still good. That's how a company builds trust with us customers.

Absolutely lovely establishment, so many great things about this place, between the excellent service, the great bathrooms and the wonderful dogs to greet you and pet, I absolutely recommend coming here for any car needs, especially who have a Mercedes sprinter. The staff is super kind of knowledgeable and are willing to work with you if you have special needs for your vehicle like we have with ours. They will even put your lug nuts on in a certain order if you ask them to. Very detail oriented, very professional absolutely recommend coming here for everything you need!!

They fixed the problems I was having with my electrical, and even fixed a loose connection that would have been a problem that I didn’t even know about! Great service, and a great attitude with the front desk, who were kind enough to work with me while my card was having issues being cleared with Visa till it all worked out in the end!
